Painting class - Creative canvas

Come and enjoy two relaxing hours of creativity with local artist Michael Braden.
You’ll explore tone, colour and composition, learn simple cropping tricks, and turn your favourite photo into a painterly piece with depth and atmosphere.
We’ll be working with acrylics on a 9 x 7 inch canvas board, and all levels are welcome.
It’s a lovely chance to create a handmade Christmas gift for someone special.

The Reginald Murphy Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. There is a table tennis table, computers, WIFI, books to borrow, a piano to play and sewing machines to use and tea and coffee all for free. A weekly community lunch is held on Wednesdays at 12pm for $10. Everyone is welcome!
