A slow flow yoga class that is open to all levels. We move through a range of poses at a gentle pace, stretching and strengthening the body.
The class finishes with some slow, deep stretches to prepare you for a relaxing night and a good nights sleep. Emphasis is placed on alignment and awareness though out the class, so students work safely. Catherine has over 20 years of teaching experience and over 30 years as a practitioner of yoga and dance in both Sydney and New York.
