Presented by the Older Persons' Wellbeing Network this 4-week workshop series discusses common approaches to ageing well.

Topics covered:

  • the importance of connecting and belonging

  • how to maintain a positive outlook

  • the impact of eating wisely and

  • the benefits of moving naturally.

Come along and find out what you can do to help create a better, longer life.

The City of Sydney's Reginald Murphy Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am until 3:30pm. There are a table tennis and snooker table, computers, wifi, books to borrow, a piano to play and sewing machines to use, and tea and coffee, all for free. Everyone is welcome!
