We are a group of Sydney's most renowned Argentine Tango dancers who are eager to grow our Argentine Tango community.

The course is designed for those who are new to the dance or those who started recently but need to work of their basic fundamental tango skills. The first is free with no obligation.

The classes are delivered in a laid back , low pressure environment with some of Australia's best Argentine Tango dancers.

At the end of this course, you will be able to learn the basic fundamentals of walk, embrace and pivot.

  • Everyone is welcome.

  • No Partner or dance experience required.

Why?

Argentine Tango is considered to be arguably the most sensual dance in the world. In 2009, UNESCO gave tango, whose Rio Platense birthplace includes Argentina and Uruguay, status as part of the world’s “Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.”

It is a great way to connect with yourself and other people in ways you may have not experienced before. We can easily say it has changed our lives and those of our friends we have met in our tango journey.

So come along:

  • Meet new people and have fun, Learn to express yourself and connect with others .

  • Get your dose of exercise to stay healthy physically and mentally

What to bring:

  • Comfortable shoes that you can pivot on with ease (ballroom, jazz, Latin or any shoe with non grippy or rubbery sole.

  • Your bottle of water, snack or drink.
