Experience Chef Natalie Murphy’s signature approach to Australia’s finest seasonal produce and each dish thoughtfully paired with coveted Penfolds vintages sourced from vineyards across the globe.
A collaboration of two powerhouse curators, you’ll finish your evening with one of Penfolds most lauded vintages — the 2018 Grange SA Regional Blend — paired with a cloth-ashed cheddar from Maffra Cheese Co. Much like the art of cellaring fine wine or crafting heritage cheese, time reveals depth, character, and brilliance. A fitting finale to a night where legacy takes centre stage.
