Youth Park-FIT is a non contact sport and fitness skills session designed to build confidence, support personal development and improve health outcomes for young people in high school.
It's on every Thursday during school terms, 3.30pm to 5pm, at Prince Alfred Park in Surry Hills.
Qualified coaches and youth workers from the City of Sydney's youth and community team lead the sessions. To register your interest fill out the pre-exercise registration form.
