Each new day is an opportunity to make our life meaningful. In this class, we will learn how to begin the day with a peaceful and positive mind.

By starting with meditation, we can establish a strong motivation to improve our mind and live with wisdom, mindfulness, and compassion. By improving the quality of our thoughts in the morning, we create the cause for a day filled with peace, purpose, and inner strength.

What to expect

Discover practical methods to solve your everyday problems such as overcoming stress and anxiety and enjoy harmonious relationships and a happy sense of self.

Learn how to meditate in a way that is enjoyable and actively builds inner strength, contentment and peace of mind.

Each week, explore a different aspect of Buddhist wisdom and be guided in a breathing meditation as well as a meditation related to the topic.
