At nightfall, an enchanting Winter Solstice Banquet Dinner unveils in the Dining Room. We have partnered with the Kay Brothers Winery from the McLaren Vale Region in South Australia for a delightful wine pairing with our specially curated menu, a one-night special event.

Enjoy the communal-style long table dining as you will be serenaded by the live duo Joe & Josh. With nine food items and six wine pairings, this event offers great value to celebrate Winter Solstice!
