My recent travels took me from Greek tragedy to Romeo and Juliet and along the way, I realised travel has a lot to teach us about ourselves.
What if travel could be more than visiting beautiful places?
What if it could be an opportunity to pause, breathe, reconnect and return home feeling more like yourself?
Together, we will explore:-
How to travel with greater intention rather than simply filling your itinerary
Creating moments of stillness and presence while travelling
Listening to what your body, mind and intuition may be telling you
Simple practices to help you feel grounded when you are away from home
Creating space for rest, reflection and meaningful connection
Letting go of the pressure to make every moment of your trip "perfect"
Bringing the feeling of travel home with you, rather than returning straight into old routines
There will be a gentle guided meditation, reflection, storytelling and conversation, with plenty of space to pause and simply be.
Away from the familiar routines, responsibilities and constant demands of everyday life, travel can create space for reflection. A chance to notice what you have been carrying, what you are craving, and perhaps what you are ready to leave behind.
I’ll share stories from my own recent adventure and journey, from Greek tragedy to Romeo and Juliet. Because travel rarely unfolds exactly as we imagine it will.
There are the beautiful moments, the unexpected moments, the moments that make us laugh, and perhaps a few that feel more like a scene from a play.
Through my own experiences, I’ll explore what travel has taught me about perspective, letting go, being present, embracing the unexpected and allowing a journey to unfold rather than trying to control every chapter.
You don't need to be an experienced traveller or a wellness enthusiast.
You simply need to arrive with a little curiosity.
Because sometimes we don't travel to escape our lives.
Sometimes we travel to remember how we want to live.
Come along if you are craving a reset, feeling ready for a change of scenery and perspective, planning a journey and wanting to make it more meaningful, or simply needing permission to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Come as you are.
Leave with a little more clarity, a little more space, and perhaps a fresh perspective on the journey ahead.
I'd love you to join me.
