Wellness Tea Blending Workshop

Join Diana from Sophron Notes tea and create your own unique tea blend.

Diana is a naturopathic student who has a love for tea and a holistic approach to wellness. In this workshop she will guide you to create a tea specific to your wellness needs, explaining the therapeutic benefits of the ingredients and helping you create your own tailored tea blend. 

About Sophron Notes:

Sophron Notes is founded by naturopathic student, Diana Bui, from her adoration for tea and holistic wellness. The brand has a careful curation of four signature tea blends, sharing the teas proudly online and locally through select stockists, including Provider Store and 108Warehouse.

Our heart at Sophron Notes is to inspire and re-connect holistic wellness within any community through a gentle, inclusive approach for the everyday. Through our tea crafting workshops, we’ve also had the privilege of sharing our practice within local communities such as Incu and Blank Gallery. Beyond tea and wellness, Sophron Notes is an ethos – a moment to repose and reconnect through the simple act of tea.

A minimum number of 5 people is required to run this workshop. 

Class includes: 

• An approx. 2-hour session where Diana will personally guide you to make two botanical tea blends of your choice to take home

• A tea-crafting recipe card to keep as a memoir

• A wellness platter filled with delicious treats

• A tea station from the Sophron Notes Signature Range to sip while you create

What to expect:

Reconnect with your senses with a selection of 10+ different botanical ingredients including sencha, lemon myrtle, rose, lavender and more. Learn about the therapeutic benefits of the ingredients while befriending like-minded individuals in our beautiful light filled space.
