Ever wanted to experience what it's like to cook in a working Thai kitchen? If you have, then sign up for a hands-on Cooking Masterclass at Viand in Woolloomooloo.

Join Viand's chef and owner, Annita Potter, as she walks you through how to prepare a five-course degustation menu. Learn the importance of each ingredient and how they marry together to create a uniquely balanced Thai meal.

Enjoy a ginger Bellini on arrival, then sit down to lunch in Viand's upstairs private wine room, where you’ll feast on your creations alongside a selection of Viand’s wines. Limited to 10 guests only.
