Their mission is to show you that kitchen is a place for innovation and change! Use It All is a guide and companion for creating your own sustainable kitchen at home. With food waste and climate change at critical stages knowing the positive changes that households can make has never been so important.

  • Easy practical ways to avoid food waste from shopping to storage, cooking and even a little gardening

  • Demonstration of how to prepare delicious soy pickled lettuce

  • Recipes for making snackable chips from beetroot leaves and a celery top pesto
