Katherine has over 25 years experience in the technology industry and is currently the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Culture Amp. She has spent many years architecting and building algorithmic financial trading systems and has worked for Bankers Trust, Macquarie Bank, IRESS, ASX and Nasdaq. Her experience encompasses both vendor and client side which enables her to have a unique perspective on the challenges of building and buying software solutions.
