Jane Caro is an author, columnist, broadcaster, advertising writer, documentary maker and social commentator. She has published thirteen books, including the bestselling novel The Mother, and appears frequently on Q&A, The Drum, Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise. In 2018, she won the Walkley Women in Leadership Award and in 2023, she was awarded the B&T Women in Media Lifetime Achievement Award. She returns to crime fiction for her second adult novel, Lyrebird.
