To celebrate the uniqueness of Tia Maria Matcha, Monster Sushi has created a bespoke menu of 90 minutes of unlimited Japanese dishes with two cocktails. Featuring edamame, renkon chips, karaage chicken with matcha mayo, three varieties of gyoza, and takoyaki, the menu also includes a Matcha-tini and Matcha-colada, all for $69.90 per person.
A separate Tia Maria Matcha-inspired á la carte menu is also available, with dishes such as matcha curry with katsu chicken and soft-shell crab burger with matcha salted chips.
