The Think, Eat and Move program is a free, online healthy lifestyle program for 13-17 year olds.
The program is free for young people in the Central and Eastern Sydney area and runs for 8 weeks.
Across the program adolescents and families learn about healthy eating, physical activity and building healthy habits through a fun and interactive online platform.
Participants also receive weekly health coaching calls with a qualified health professional, along with resources and motivational freebies, including a free Garmin Fitness Tracker.
Programs start every 6 weeks throughout the year.
