Therapeutic Breathwork is a powerful, profound and life-changing modality for not only releasing trauma and accessing the inner healing wisdom that resides in your body, but also reducing stress, increasing energy, harmonising your nervous system and helping to bring a sense of wholeness to ones life. As we go through life we accumulate trauma imprints, that if not cleared, can manifest as anxiety, depression, addiction, sabotaging behaviours, and a way of living that isn’t in alignment with the fullest expression of who we are.

Release shame, resolve developmental trauma imprints, and access the inner guiding wisdom that resides in your body with the healing power of Therapeutic Breathwork for Authentic Self Expression.

This 2-hour workshop will explore the trauma imprint of shame, and how it can hold you back from expressing yourself from a place of love, connection and authenticity. The themes of safety, abundance, control, shame, sexual identity and expression of love are developmental themes we all journey through, however if you have an experience that is too overwhelming for your nervous system to process, then it can manifest in behaviours that influence how you show up in relationship to yourself and others.

Join Mark Moon, a Breathwork, Yoga and Holistic Wellness Coach with over 25 years’ experience in the health and lifestyle space. Mark is passionate about helping people feel stronger, develop a healthier relationship with their body, and establish a greater sense of emotional wellbeing.
