The ‘Summer of Gin’ at Grain Bar highlights the talents of our Mixology Maestros as they have blended an extraordinary menu of premium Gin Martini's showcasing local favourite Gins such as our own Grain Bar Gin distilled with Bondi Liquor Co., Hickson House Oyster Shell, The Botanist, and New World Gin, all perfectly paired with a half-dozen premium Sydney Rock Oysters. 

If a Martini isn't your thing, Gin enthusiasts will be in heaven, with a curated list of 25 Local Australian and classic International Gins to select for your ultimate bespoke G&T. Paired perfectly with your choice of Fever Tree Tonics, Infused Soda Waters or our House-Made Tonic Waters with flavours or Bergamot, Cucumber, and Grapefruit, finish your unique beverage with a selection of 11 fresh garnishes from fragrant juniper berries, to grapefruit, basil, rose and more.
