Many of us seek connection – whether for mental health support or a sense of belonging. Join us for the Sydney premiere of The Rose Garden, a film about two estranged South Asian sisters reconnecting after a deep loss; exploring themes of grief, mental health and sisterhood.

The evening includes a guided meditation by lead actor Ria Patel and a mental health Q&A with Jagesh Panchal – founder of Shakti Mental Health, Rashida Dungarwala – psychologist and Kriti Gupta – mental health advocate for the next generation.

Through storytelling, discussion, and community, we aim to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health in South Asian and POC communities.

Come for support, connection, or simply to be part of something meaningful.
