There to guide you on your journey to Thailand will be Chef Pat, who will lead you in a relaxed and fun class where you'll learn how to prepare some favourite Thai dishes including Massaman Curry, Pad Thai and Thai Beef Salad. Pat gains happiness and satisfaction from seeing people recreate and enjoy her recipes. 

You’ll learn how to prepare these dishes alongside your teacher who’ll masterfully guide you through this fun and casual course. Learn how to select, store, and utilise a selection of ingredients whilst minimising waste to ensure you create a delicious meal to enjoy.

You don't need to bring any cooking skills to this hands-on class. Everyone will work in pairs to prepare an authentic and delicious Thai feast! Enjoy some of your dishes here washed down with a refreshing Thai beer and some to take home too!
