Join Cenk and Carol for a cosy Tea meet Sound ceremony – to step into a sanctuary of stillness and resonance through the sacred practices of Tea Ceremony and Soundbath – awaken deeper presence and attune the mind to a deeper rhythm to return to yourself.

In this 1.5 hour journey, Cenk will guide you through a sacred Tea Ceremony – an invitation into stillness and noble silence.

With each bowl of tea, we enter a deeper inward journey, allowing mindful sipping to gently unfold an inner landscape of presence, tenderness, and peace.

As we sit together in reverence for tea as Medicine, we cultivate a profound connection to ourselves, to each other, and to nature. Steeped in stillness to prepare the body and spirit to receive the healing resonance of Soundbath with Carol, where sound becomes medicine for the soul.

Let the gentle vibrations of the clear quartz crystal bowls and wind chime wash through the body — calming the nervous system, releasing stagnant energy, and restoring inner harmony. As the tones ripple outward, they invite deep rest, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of spaciousness.

Following the ceremony, enjoy light refreshments and sharing – an opportunity to reflect, integrate, and honour the timeless wisdom of these two ancient, complementary practices.

Our tea sanctuary is tucked away on a private balcony, nestled directly beneath the canopy of a beautiful tree to connect us deeply with nature. While the space is sheltered from the wind and rain, it embraces the outdoor elements. We provide cozy wool blankets during the winter, but please dress comfortably and warmly for the outdoor weather.
