Thursday 3 April from 9am to 9pm
The celebrations continue throughout the opening week, with free matcha masterclasses from 1-2pm
Sydneysiders are in for a treat as T2 reopens its newly refurbished flagship store at the Queen Victoria Building (QVB) on April 3, 2025, at 9am.
The launch comes as T2 reveals that Sydney is the unofficial matcha capital of Australia, consuming over 24,000 more cups than its Melbourne counterparts, with matcha consumption expected to double year on year in 2025.
The new store is a mark of T2’s commitment to continually evolving the tea-drinking experience, from striking displays to an interactive Brew Bar, showcasing the extensive range of aromatic teas – every detail has been carefully curated to create a multi-sensory journey.
In a first of its kind, T2 will unveil a spectacular heritage Teawares Gallery, showcasing an exclusive selection of pieces, available for purchase.
To celebrate the grand reopening, T2 is offering a Tea for One gift pack valued at $80 to the first 200 customers who make a purchase in-store on opening day.
The celebrations continue throughout the opening week, with free matcha masterclasses from 1-2pm, April 3 to April 6.
From April 3 to April 6, one lucky customer will also find a hidden Golden T2 Cube inside their shopping bag at QVB, unlocking a year’s supply of T2 tea.
Doors open from 9 am on April 3, 2025, at T2 QVB. For more information, visit www.t2tea.com/en/au.
