Swimming Spots – Erskineville to Marrinawi Cove

Where
Erskineville Rd
Erskineville NSW 2043
Australia
When

Saturday 13 April 2024 from 11am to 2pm

Pack your bathers & ride your bike from Erskineville, via Prince Alfred Pool to the new outdoor city swim spot, Marrinawi Cove, Barangaroo.

This is our last guided ride to Marrinawi Cove for the season while the water is still warm.

We'll ride a low-pressure route through the city's centre and historic Rocks district before stopping for a dip at Marrinawi Cove, Barangaroo. Returning via Cockle Bay Wharf, the Sydney Aquarium and Darling Harbour Water Play Park. You might even see some fish along the way.

Riding is about building connections, not just the ride. Make friends, exchange stories, and learn how to plan your own journeys.

Please arrive at 10:45am for 11am start.

You'll need:

  • Your own roadworthy bike and helmet, tyres pumped

  • Water bottle and snacks

  • Sunscreen

  • Bathers and a towel if you choose to have a swim

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bookings required.

We encourage participants to complete the Cycling in the City course before joining a guided ride. The Cycling in the City course will equip you with the skills you need to ride in Sydney.

Guided rides are led by professional guides from Pedal Set Go.
