The Health Promotion Service for Older People is a community-based health education program which provides free health education to seniors in NSW.

Come along to this talk to celebrate NSW Seniors Festival. The festival celebrates the role and contributions of older adults to our local communities.

Hear from educator Christine about:

  • What happens to the brain when a stroke occurs

  • Recognising the signs and symptoms (F.A.S.T),

  • The importance of seeking medical attention quickly

  • Reducing the risk of stroke

Material presented is prepared by the Stroke Foundation.

You’ll get the opportunity to ask questions.

Morning tea is provided.

Free community bus transport for eligible people.
