This is a 2 day course (x 6 hours)

Equip yourself with essential skills to handle mental health crises with our accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course, led by Dr. Olga Lucia Gamboa Arana.

This evidence-based training, recognized by Suicide Prevention Australia, empowers participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to support individuals experiencing mental health issues.

Learn to identify symptoms of mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and psychosis and apply effective intervention strategies in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Perfect for professionals across all sectors, especially HR, as well as volunteers and community members.

Fees include:

  • 12-hour course

  • Mental Health First Aid manual

  • A three-year MHFAider certification upon passing the end-of-course assessment (see note above).
