Are you prepared to help?

If you want to learn how to provide the support that can truly make a difference in someone’s life, I invite you to join our accredited Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course and gain the essential skills to support those in need.

This evidence-based training, recognized by Suicide Prevention Australia, empowers participants with the knowledge and practical skills to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and psychosis.

Perfect for any member of the community wishing to learn more about mental health and how to better support those around them.

Fees include:

  • Mental Health First Aid manual

  • A three-year MHFAider certification upon passing the end-of-course assessment.
