Come join us to learn how to make your own sool.
The one-and-only Australian Korean alcohol expert, Julia Mellor will guide you into the world of Korean traditional alcohol along with a variety of sools to taste.
Workshop includes:
introduction to a variety of Korean sool
hands-on experience and demonstration of traditional alcohol brewing
tasting various types of sool served with tteok.
Julia Mellor is the very first non-Korean specialist in the Korean booze. Julia has spent last 10 years studying and researching Korean alcohol; from fermentation principles to the ins-and-outs of owning a brewery in Korea.
