Enter the world of weird characters, wild premises, ingenious twists and the silliest of bits, as you learn the ropes of writing sketch comedy.

Some of the finest comedians of the last century have cut their teeth on sketches, and now it’s your turn.

Each week you’ll explore a different genre of sketch, pulling existing sketches apart, developing and critiquing pitches, tinkering with mechanics, and having a great time!

This course runs for eight weeks, and meets once a week at ITS for 2.5 hours.

Please note this course is about writing sketches, not performing.
