Yoga classes helps kids slow down and connect with their body, breath and mind, promoting positive body awareness, focus, compassion and individuality. Take part in this FREE enjoyable and healthy activity, with parents and carers invited to join in on all the stretchy, bendy fun.
In theme with Spring enjoy a special eddition class on Wednesday 4 October in Monkey Baa Theatre to focus on all of the wonders of the changing season, growth, abundance, animals and flowers flourishing! Kids will also have the chance to make a mindful breathing stick and learn some techniques and affirmations.
The 30-minute sessions are led by Danielle Connor, a nanny, actress and qualified yoga instructor who specialises in children’s yoga.
Classes are tailored children aged 2 to 12 years, with carers and parents encouraged to take part to move and stretch with the kids!
Mats are supplied, and we recommend to wear clothes easy to move around in.
Maximum of 30 people per class, first in best dressed.
