Reclink at KGV

When

Every day, 1:30pm to 2:30pm Monday 3 February 2025 to Monday 7 April 2025

Reclink works with communities facing disadvantage and hardship, and provides opportunities to participate in sport and recreation programs.

The City of Sydney has partnered with Reclink to provide a safe space for gym and fitness activities at King George V (KGV) Recreation Centre. A fitness instructor from Reclink facilitates a gym session with a warm up, some weight training and physical therapy exercises, all in a relaxed and chatty atmosphere.

If you are interested in this program please visit the Reclink website to sign up. Everyone is welcome.

Health and medical

You'll be required to complete KGV's online pre exercise form  prior to starting the program. If you answered "yes" to any of the health conditions listed on the page, it is recommended that you seek medical clearance before participating. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the centre on 02 9265 9868.

Inclusion

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible programs and events. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact KGV Recreation Centre on 02 9265 9868.
