Press pause on the busy-ness of life for a little while.

It’s time to stop scrolling, sit down and shush for a day. Spiritual growth can only occur when we really prioritise our practice. Devoting a whole day to meditation is an opportunity to strengthen your practice and deepen your insights into the nature of the mind.

Join Rainbodhi founder, Bhante Akaliko, for this special day of meditation and spiritual friendship. Bring a plate of vegetarian food to share.

Limited places, booking essential.

Accessibility info: This location is not fully accessible. Steep flight of stairs. No lift. No accessible bathroom. Disability parking at door.
