Courses run for 14 consecutive weeks
Our research-based, face-to-face program is designed to help adults 18 years and older improve their conversation skills, gain confidence in social settings, and learn how to build lasting friendships.
Our courses are welcoming, inclusive, and suit a wide range of participants. We offer three distinct groups to cater to different age ranges and needs:
Thursday group: (1x weekly for 14 weeks): Young Adults 18-30 year olds: Tailored to young adults navigating the social scene, this group focuses on relationship-building, confidence, and communication.
Wednesday group: (1x weekly for 10 weeks) Adults 30 years+: Designed for those in the later stages of adulthood looking to improve social engagement, strengthen conversations, and form new connections.
Tuesday group: (1x weekly for 14 weeks) Adults 18-30 years with Mild Intellectual Disability: A gentle and understanding environment that helps participants practice social skills at their own pace, focusing on confidence and meaningful friendships.
You'll be welcomed and supported by our experienced facilitator in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Come and engage in fun, interactive activities, discuss real-life social situations and be part of a small group of people with similar social goals.
By the end, you'll have practical evidence-based strategies to apply to everyday social situations as well as more challenging encounters. Whether it's at a party, a work event, or a casual meetup, you’ll feel more socially capable and confident.
This program isn’t just about improving your social communication, it’s a step-by-step recipe for social success!
Eligible NDIS participants are welcome.
