NLP Workshop: Empower Yourself for Change

When

Friday 16 May from 9am to 1:30pm Saturday 29 November from 9am to 1:30pm

Transform your mindset with our NLP: Empower Yourself for Change workshop!

Understanding how your mind works and why change can be difficult is the first step in getting where you want to be. This NLP course will teach you effective techniques that can make the difference between being stuck and moving on.

Change is often perceived as being hard and therefore we often end up stuck. However, once you have an effective toolkit, change becomes much easier. In our NLP Course, we will provide participants with techniques to help resolve issues on an ongoing basis. It will cover a range of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and their application in everyday life, to help participants take charge of their lives.

By the end of this NLP course, you should be able to:

  • Change the limiting beliefs that you hold about yourself to more resourceful ones

  • Determine the appropriate place for various people in their lives

  • Learn how to self-anchor emotional states

  • Establish and appropriate psychological boundaries between yourself and others

  • Learn how to change your view of various situations to have more options available

  • Let go of negative emotions which hold you back

  • Experience several different NLP techniques

  • Set goals for the future

What will be covered in this NLP course?

The workshop will cover:

  • Understanding how NLP works

  • Establishing good boundaries

  • A range of the most effective NLP techniques

  • Releasing limiting decisions about yourself

  • Letting go of negative emotions that hold you back

  • Using NLP techniques in your everyday life

  • Setting goals for the future

NLP utilises participants' beliefs, values and decisions, and so a fundamental part of the workshop will be discussing these things. NLP techniques include things such as brief, guided visualisations, the use of storytelling (metaphor) and a range of other techniques.
