Before the clock strikes twelve, wind along a line of lavish stations where every dish has been meticulously crafted to delight your taste buds. Indulge in the freshest seafood from the very best suppliers including freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, Balmain bugs, and wine-poached diamond clams.
Be tempted by main courses of succulent slow-cooked pork belly, perfectly grilled barramundi, and red wine-braised beef lasagne – where every dish is a star turn.
Delight in Asian delicacies, artisan antipasto and cheeses, rich salads, and sushi, then conclude your culinary experience with the sweetest desserts: among them baked NY blueberry cheesecake, cherry trifle cake and passionfruit tartlet.
New Year’s Eve Dinner will take place in Café Mix on level 1 of Shangri-La Sydney in two sittings, on 31 December 2024.
First seating is from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and is priced at $179 per adult and $89.50 per child (age 4 to 12 old).
Second seating is from 8:30pm to 10pm and is priced at $199 per adult and $99.50 per child (from age 4 to 12 years old).
Infants (0-3 years old) dine with paying adults on a complimentary basis.
