Join us for a transformative sound healing event welcoming the New Moon on Saturday 3 August 2024, from 11:30am to 1pm live in Newtown. Immerse yourself in a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, guided by the soothing vibrations of gong, hand pan, native American flute, shamanic medicine drum, and chime.

Event highlights:

  • Kundalini yoga: We begin with a short series of Kundalini yoga movements to help you relieve tension and let go of excess energy so that you can fully relax into the sound healing journey.

  • Gong, hand pan, flute, medicine drum, and chime: Experience a vibrational feast of ancient instruments that help to tune your inner symphony and calibrate your body to higher frequencies.

  • Acupressure with ear seeds: Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, enhance your holistic healing journey with acupressure using gentle ear seeds that stimulate key energy points for relaxation, balance, and wellness.

Why attend?

  • Natural healing: Align your mind, body, and spirit with higher vibrations and natural rhythms.

  • Total relaxation: Release stress, unwind, and rejuvenate, as you bathe in the healing sounds with therapeutic ear seeds.

  • Refresh and renew: The New Moon symbolises new beginnings and the potential for growth and transformation. We tap into this powerful energy for your healing and renewal as we set intentions for the next cycle.

  • Bring: comfortable clothing, water bottle. Optional: eye mask, yoga mat, pillow, blanket (limited number of these items are available at the space but please feel free to bring your own).

Tickets: Limited availability. Secure your spot now for a journey of profound relaxation and healing.

Embrace the New Moon's energy and embark on a journey of renewal and inner harmony.
