On Sunday 14 May 2023, Atelier by Sofitel is offering a special four-course menu that is sure to impress. Priced at $170 per person, for an additional $59 per person you can include matched wines.
This indulgent feast begins with a scallop blanket entree, featuring succulent scallops in pistachio curd, crispy bacon soil and braised cos lettuce.
The main course is pan-seared pink snapper, cooked to perfection and served with caviar beurre blanc, society garlic flower and grilled purple kale. The dish is a visual masterpiece, with vibrant colours and textures that make it almost too beautiful to eat.
For those who prefer meat, the next course is a treat. The O'Connor grain-fed beef tenderloin is a mouth-watering option. The tenderloin is cooked to a perfect medium rare and served with a Musset Farm heirloom oyster mushroom, butternut pumpkin puree and morel jus.
Finally, the dessert is a luxurious Valrhona Ivoire chocolate torte, made with the finest french chocolate and served with compressed raspberries and lemon myrtle. This rich and decadent dessert is the perfect way to end a sumptuous meal.
