Truffle season is here and Messina Creative is celebrating with a 6-course degustation highlighting the beauty and richness of Australian black truffles from Manjimup, Western Australia.
The experimental and indulgent degustation showcases the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and umami — each dish is paired with bespoke gelato / sorbets and non-alcoholic cocktails, or guests can order curated boozy drinks.
