After settling in with a welcome cocktail, you’ll roll up your sleeves and learn how to shake, salt and sip your way through two of the bar’s signature serves: the iconic Centro Spicy Margarita, made with house-infused Rattlesnake chilli Tequila, and its tropical cousin, the Spicy Pineapple Margarita. You’ll prepare each cocktail exactly as guests enjoy them at the bar — in an ice-cold glass, with hand-pressed lime juice and shaved-to-order ice.

For those wanting to go deeper, an Extra-Special Tequila tasting can be added for an additional $15 per person. With more than 100 bottles behind the bar and counting, it’s a chance to explore the craftsmanship of agave spirits, shaped by years of relationships with distillers across Mexico.
