Memory and our brain - 11 Feb

  • How memories are formed

  • Where they are stored in the brain and

  • How we can help slow down memory decline

Brain training - 18 Feb

  • Enjoy some fun activities to help keep your mind active

  • Learn some tips on remembering names

  • Keep track of daily tasks and

  • Strengthen your general memory

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact Amber Figura, Community Services Worker on 9265 9179.

The St Helens Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. Pop in for a tea or coffee and a chat.
