Adult: $35 for whole course: join anytime!

Exercise is vital for good physical and mental health, disease prevention and wellbeing. Strength training has been shown to improve mobility, minimise the risk of falls, increase flexibility, maintain bone density, and reduce cholesterol, blood pressure, and the onset of heart disease.
