For students who wish to progress in their Kung Fu and practice their form and applications. The workshop will focus on improving and progressing the students.  

In weapons sparring, students will be taught basic techniques and applications through games and drills and will also experience timed point sparring rounds. Protective Helmets and gloves will be supplied by the school, and padded practice weapons will be used by students. 

Experience all the best games, and obstacle courses that our students love. Dodgeball, Flags, Panda obstacle course, Treasure chest, Brick wall, Zombies, Dragon’s mouth and heaps more.
