Sunday 27 April from 10am to 3pm

With our mind habitually racing into the future and dwelling in the past, it feels very difficult to seize the day and truly live in the moment.

Learn techniques for making your mind comfortable and content amidst the chaos of modern life and thereby discover that happiness is nowhere to be found but in the here and now.

There will be guided meditations, inspiring teachings and an opportunity to enjoy the company of a community of like-minded people.
