KAAIAA, the groundbreaking wellness movement founded by Leah Simmons, invites Sydneysiders to experience KAAIAA as part of a monthly series of events taking place at Bondi Pavilion, overlooking Bondi Beach.

  • Saturday 28th October

  • Sunday 19th November

  • Saturday 9th December

Leah Simmons's revolutionary workouts have built a cult following locally and internationally, as participants leave feeling mentally and physically stronger, less stressed, and with sharper focus and clarity.

KAAIAA is the world’s first workout to combine four proven modalities (breath work, body work, meditation and mindset training) to achieve four clear outcomes: better FOCUS, STRENGTH, BALANCE and CONNECTION. Through music, movement, stillness and strength, participants can maximise the effectiveness of their fitness regime from the inside out, with minimal time commitment.

The events are open to everyone of all fitness levels including those wanting to experience a KAAIAA workout for the first time, through to seasoned practitioners. Tickets are available now from $30. Adults and children from age 12 are welcome.

THE FOUR PILLARS OF KAAIAA

  • FOCUS | BREATH WORK - flooding your body with oxygen, activating your nervous system and firing up your neural pathways.

  • STRENGTHEN | BODY WORK - a combination of high and low-impact strength and pilates-based exercises to connect you to your body, strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility and strengthen your core.

  • BALANCE | MEDITATION - to calm the mind and give you space from the chaos of life, by connecting deeply to your body and honing your awareness of the present moment.

  • CONNECT | MINDSET TRAINING - encourages movement beyond mental obstacles, breaking down emotional barriers and pushing through physical limits

Attendees should bring a mat, water and a towel.
