This class is for everyone, designed to improve your cardio health, boost your mood, and feel good after class.
No dance experience is required. Please wear comfortable shoes and have a set of 1kg - 2kg handweights ready for the session.
This online Livestream class is run via Zoom. You will be emailed the zoom link and password to join once you book in. Please log on 5 minutes before class and ensure you have doctor's clearance before engaging in any physical activities and keep yourself hydrated during class.
