This special event, hosted at this serene venue overlooking Coogee beach at sunset, is designed to help you reconnect with the whole being that you are – body, mind and soul. Dedicate this time just to you – to pause, breathe deeply, and create space to restore balance, relax, and let go of what no longer serves you.
