Hosted in one of Sydney’s most elegant bars, this one-night-only event features five world-renowned Japanese whiskies matched with five chef-curated dishes inspired by the flavours of Japan.

Masahiro Pure Malt High Ball – with pan-seared scallops, daikon & soba noodles
Hibiki Harmony – with tsumetai pink no soup, confit beetroot & wasabi cream
Nikka Yoichi – with citrus-spicy mix sashimi on croute
Hakushu Distillers Reserve – with full blood wagyu beef tataki, ponzu, togarashi & shiso cress
Yamazaki 12-Year-Old – with goma senbei sesame snaps & miso caramel sauce
