Capitalism isn’t just outside of us; it lives in us, as us and through us. This 90-minute workshop will explore the mirrored relationship of self and world, and how our internalisations of capitalism’s story lead to an unhealthy relationship with productivity, burnout and climate change.

Bridging systems thinking with inner work, this workshop will empower changemakers with the tools of Getting Free; a subversive act that at its heart is a tool of system change, but also an act of liberation and imagination. It's one that challenges the mindset of a system, creating deep change from the inside out.

Designed for changemakers, activists & all those who know another world is possible.
