Join Master Breathwork facilitator Chris Sulfa of Align Breathwork in support of Men’s Mental Health for this transformational experience open to both men and women.

Every day, thousands of Australian men struggle with mental health, relationship challenges, and personal crisis. This experience is designed for men to be seen & heard in a brave and safe space, with connection and self reflection exercises designed to facilitate speaking openly without fear of judgement in a supportive and open minded environment.

With a focus on breaking the stigma around men’s mental health as social norms around masculinity can be really harmful, especially when it comes to mental health.

What to expect:

  • Discover how breathwork can be incorporated into your daily life to reduce anxiety, manage stress, improve sleep quality and alleviate depression.

  • Learn self reflection techniques to assess both your physical, mental and emotional states.

  • You will gain a heightened sense of self-awareness and a deeper connection with yourself through a powerful breathwork session designed to help release suppressed emotions.

  • There will be gift bags provided for all attendees with self care and breathwork related products.

MensLine Australia donation:

50% of the revenue of all ticket sales will be donated to MensLine Australia with funds raised to support men through life’s challenges with free 24/7 professional counselling services.

This donation will help to provide free counselling for men when they need it most.
