Hold your head high

This event is a one day workshop for young adults with intellectual, physical or neurological disabilities who wish to work on self esteem and confidence.

This will be a fun filled day with a variety of confidence building activities and a chance to use skills to connect with others in a safe and supported environment. Participants will need plan or self-managed funding to participate.
