Health for life is a University of Sydney Charles Perkins Centre and Sydney Local Health District partnership program. It combines nutrition education with practical cooking demonstrations to support healthier eating habits and healthy ageing.

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact our community services worker on 02 9265 9116 or msanna@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computers, photocopiers and scanners and wifi. There's also free table tennis and tea, coffee and biscuits. Choose from many weekly activities including tech help, craft groups, gentle exercise, tai chi and creative writing.
