Guided ride: Pride Ride, Newtown to Taylor Square Loop

When

Saturday 24 February from 9:30am to 11:30am

Free guided ride – discover Sydney's bicycle-friendly streets connecting two iconic LGBTQIA + neighbourhoods. This easy 13km ride includes green spaces, quiet streets and cycleways connecting the bicycle network. Expect colourful rainbow paths, historic landmarks and LQBTQIA+ attractions such as Qtopia. 

Ride starts and finishes at Pride Square in Newtown, riding to Darlinghurst and back via quiet streets.

Guided rides on behalf of City of Sydney are led by friendly professional guides from queer-owned and run, Pedal Set Go.

You'll need: 

  • Your own roadworthy bike and helmet 

  • Water bottle and snacks

Please arrive at 9:15am for a 9:30am start.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bookings required.

We encourage participants to complete the Cycling in the City course before joining a guided ride. The Cycling in the City course will equip you with the skills you need to ride in Sydney.
